Santiago Solari: Real Madrid will ‘fight all the way’ for La Liga

Santiago Solari has warned Real Madrid’s rivals in La Liga that ‘we’re going to fight all the way’ for the title.

Madrid go into their match against bottom club Huesca on Sunday after three straight wins, and Solari’s side can leapfrog Alaves into the Champions League places with another three points.

“Bale felt some discomfort due to the effort he made,” the Coach said at a Press conference.

“Effort is made and sometimes things don’t work out. Bale made an effort in each of his last three matches, showing his commitment.

“After that, he can be more or less successful in front of goal. He scored a great goal at Roma. We have to remember that.

“I don’t have a fixed starting XI. I name it in accordance with our next match, the form our players are in and their shape.

“Marcos Llorente deserves a lot of credit and his great performances after a long time without playing show he’s a very good professional.

“I haven’t asked anyone to leave in January. I’ve always thought there’s no nicer place than Madrid because they’re the biggest club in the world.

“Huesca will demand the maximum from us, so we must go out and win from the first minute. My players don’t need motivating because they know how important this game is.

“We must be very generous in our efforts, be serious in defence and be intense and aggressive in attack.

“We’re going to fight for the League all the way, it’s a very important game and my players are very clear on that.”
