Real Sociedad are set to cut short Sando Ramirez’s season-long loan spell from Everton six months early, according to a report in Spain.
El Gol Digital claim La Real will end the forward’s stint at the club after just one start in La Liga – five appearances in total – without scoring a goal.
Sandro found the net just once across 34 appearances at Everton and Sevilla last season with the summer switch to San Sebastian hoped to revive his fortunes in front of goal.
However, the striker – who scored 14 goals in 30 La Liga appearances in the 2016/17 season for Malaga after joining from Barcelona – has not forced himself into Asier Garitano’s first-team.
The report claims Villarreal may be interested in a loan move for the striker in January.
