Barcelona have an agreement not to sign a player from Liverpool for three years following their deal for Philippe Coutinho, say Cadena Ser.
The Spanish radio station reported the details on Wednesday night, claiming that the Merseyside club would have to ‘fully agree’ to any move for a player to move to the Camp Nou.
Coutinho’s long-reported move to the Catalan giants finally came to fruition in January in a €160m deal – the third most expensive transfer ever in the sport.
The Brazilian playmaker has scored 15 goals in 38 appearances for the Blaugrana and has already won La Liga, the Copa del Rey and the Spanish Supercopa.
