Lionel Messi and Samuel Umtiti are in Barcelona’s squad to face Real Betis on Sunday, but Ousmane Dembele is left out.
Messi and Umtiti have recovered from arm and knee injuries respectively, but Dembele’s absence – while officially a ‘technical decision’ – comes after reports that he went AWOL for an hour and a half on Thursday.
Midfielders Denis Suarez and Carles Alena are also available for selection, but Philippe Coutinho joins Thomas Vermaelen and Sergi Samper on the sidelines.
