Everton do not have an option to sign loanee Andre Gomes permanently at the end of the season and he will return to Barcelona, say Diario Sport.
The 25-year-old joined the Toffees on a season-long loan deal in summer but the report in the Catalan daily suggests there is no option for the English club to make the move permanent.
The Portugal midfielder missed the opening weeks of the season through injury but has started back-to-back league games against Crystal Palace and Manchester United.
The release clause of Gomes at the Camp Nou is €100m but it would be extremely likely the club would sell at a significantly lower value.
Gomes joined Barca from Valencia in 2016 in a deal worth up to €55m but failed to settle at the Camp Nou.
