Borussia Dortmund will reportedly exercise their €23m option to buy Barcelona loanee Paco Alcacer following his brace for Spain.
Bild reported shortly before the match in Cardiff that Dortmund would take up their purchase option for Alcacer, who scored twice during Spain’s 4-1 win against Wales.
Furthermore, AS believes BVB are certain to keep the 25-year-old permanently after his clinical display in Cardiff.
The Spaniard only joined Dortmund from Barca over the summer but has made an instant impact in Germany, netting seven times in just four appearances.
The Bundesliga side would tie Alcacer down to a four-year contract worth 8m a season, putting him only behind Mario Gotze and Marco Reus.
