La Liga line-ups: Valencia-Barcelona

Ousmane Dembele continues to be kept out of Barcelona’s XI for tonight’s Liga encounter with Valencia.

The form of Philippe Coutinho and Arthur means Dembele must settle for a place on the substitutes’ bench again.

Elsewhere, Thomas Vermaelen comes in for Clement Lenglet at centre-back, but Sergi Roberto remains sidelined and Malcom is nowhere to be seen.

Valencia, meanwhile, won their first game of the season last weekend against Real Sociedad, before holding Manchester United to a goalless draw in the Champions League.

Los Che are practically full-strength as only Santi Mina is missing with a knee injury, although they are well stocked in attack with Goncalo Guedes, Kevin Gameiro and Michy Batshuayi.

Barca have not lost at Mestalla since 2008 but have gone three Leagues games without a victory and went down 2-1 to Valencia in April 2016, as part of a four-match winless streak.
