Preview: Betis-Sevilla

Real Betis will hope to finally get off the mark after no goals or wins when they host Sevilla in Sunday’s Andalusian derby.

Betis boss Quique Setien on what result he would take: “I’d settle for a 2-1 and suffer, but what I’d settle for most of all is that the team play well as it would surely give us more chances to win.

“It’s normal that Sevilla see themselves as favourites because they’re started the season very well.

“I don’t know who are the favourites personally. I think it’s going to be a tight match. I’m really excited, but we have to take our chances.”

Sevilla boss Pablo Machin on new signing Quincy Promes:“Saturday was his first training session and tomorrow will be the last one before the derby.

“We’ll decide who will be in the squad then. He has a chance, but he doesn’t know how we play yet.

“If we need him, the desire he showed in coming here can be cultivated from the first game.”
