City rivals Sevilla and Real Betis will go head-to-head for Italy-based central defender Gianmarco Ferrari, say reports.
The 26-year-old is currently at Sassuolo having spent each of the past two seasons out on loan at Serie A rivals Crotone and Sampdoria respectively.
Sportitalia transfer guru Alfredo Pedullà says both Seville clubs are in the running for the central defender, who was called up to recent Italy international squads.
Previous rumours had linked Ferrari with West Ham United and Olympique Marseille.
