Liverpool have reportedly made a sensational €180m bid for Real Madrid starlet Marco Asensio.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Liverpool like Asensio ‘very much’ and are willing to go all out for the winger.
The newspaper explains that while Los Blancos will ‘reject the offer in principle’, they be forced to ‘study’ it.
The 22-year-old was Zinedine Zidane’s 13th most-used player last season, taking part in 53 of the European champions’ 62 official matches.
He also has a €700m release clause and was selected for the World Cup by former Spain boss Julen Lopetegui, who has replaced Zidane at the Santiago Bernabeu.
