Highly-rated Barcelona youngster Adrian Bernabe Garcia will join Manchester City at the end of the month on a free transfer, say reports in Spain.
Primarily an attacking midfielder, Bernabe’s contract at the Camp Nou is up on 30 June and he posted a message on Instagram to confirm his departure.
Diario Sport say the 17-year-old will now join the newly-crowned English Premier League champions upon leaving the Catalan giants, where he will be integrated into the youth system.
The teenager joined Barca from Catalan rivals Espanyol as a 12-year-old and had been touted as one of the brightest stars in the club’s La Masia youth academy.
