Celta Vigo have met with the representatives of Torino midfielder Joel Obi, according to reports in the Spanish press.
A report in radio station Galician Goles claims Celta have held discussions with the 27-year-old central midfielder with a view to a summer transfer.
The Nigerian’s contract at the Turin-based club expires in twelve months with Getafe, Crystal Palace and Porto also said to hold an interest.
Torino would reportedly be willing to sell the midfielder for a €4m fee and the departure of the former Inter youth player would free-up a non-EU spot in their ranks.
Obi netted six times in 25 appearances in Serie A last season.
