Defender Martin Mantovani (pictured right) has joined recently relegated Las Palmas after ending his five-year association with Leganes.
The Argentine central defender has departed Butarque this summer after rejecting the chance of a new deal and has instead confirmed his move to Los Amarillos.
The 33-year-old first joined Lega in the summer of 2013, following the arrival of Coach Asier Garitano, and was an integral part of their first ever promotion to the top-flight in 2016.
Mantovani, who was also instilled as Lega captain, previously played in Spain across Atletico Madrid B, Targu Mures, Cultural Leonesa, Atletico Baleares and Real Oviedo.
