Zidane: Madrid feat never again, Ronaldo…

Zinedine Zidane claims Real Madrid’s run of three straight Champions Leagues ‘won’t happen again’ and that ‘we’ll see’ if Cristiano Ronaldo leaves the club.

Bale came off the bench to lead Madrid to a 3-1 victory over Liverpool in the Champions League Final and subsequently a 13thsuccess in the competition, but the aftermath of their triumph was overshadowed by Ronaldo suggesting he could walk away from Los Blancos.

“This is what Madrid are about, we don’t have any words,” the Coach said after the game.

“This is what we live for. It’s life in its purest form. We must seize the moment and the history we’re making.

“We live for these moments and emotions. I can’t tell you what we feel inside, but it’s really beautiful.

“Anything can happen in a game, but then a player came on, who did what he did [Bale], and we’re happy.

“Bale’s great performance? Yes, like everyone, for what he did, just like Cristiano [Ronaldo] in Turin.

“The trophy? We have no words for it. It’s what this team are about, talent and work. We have hope and desire to do things well.

“We did it again. I’ve told the players to enjoy it because this won’t happen again. Ronaldo leaving? We’re not thinking about that, only what we’ve done. After that, we’ll see what happens.”
