Sandro’s future at Sevilla uncertain

Striker Sandro’s future at Sevilla has been complicated by the news that Everton have parted company with Sam Allardyce.

The Canaries-born player is on loan from The Toffees until the end of the season after failing to impress in England, netting one goal in 15 outings, and the former Barcelona and Malaga man has made no secret of the fact that he would like to remain in Sevilla.

However, the dismissal this week of manager Allardyce means Sandro will more than likely have to return to Goodison Park before the start of the 2018-19 campaign, when whoever takes charge of the Premier League club must decide on his immediate future.

Since arriving at the Sanchez Pizjuan the 22-year-old has made 17 appearances – 12 in La Liga, two in the Copa del Rey and three in European competition – for a total of 748 minutes, but is yet to open his scoring account.
