Hazard ‘wants Chelsea exit’

Chelsea playmaker and reported Real Madrid target Eden Hazard is keen for a summer exit from Stamford Bridge, say reports.

A report in The Times last month outlined the Belgian’s frustration at Stamford Bridge and primarily at the tactics by manager Antonio Conte.

The 27-year-old is said to be concerned by the Italian tactician’s friction with the club’s board and is “concerned that this conflict is undermining their season”.

Despite Conte’s expected departure from the Blues in summer and the club willing to offer the Belgian an improved contract of £300k per week, the Daily Mirror say he is not keen on renewing.

The current English champions were eliminated from the Champions League this week and Hazard has reportedly aired his grievances with the current situation and is now open to a move.

Madrid have long been linked with a move to the former Lille playmaker and are said to be willing to recruit heavily this summer.
