Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane has recovered from a head injury against Eibar and should be fit to face Girona.
The central defender was withdrawn in the 28th minute of Saturday’s win at Eibar after suffering a blow to the head, but he returned to training ahead of the clash with Girona on Sunday.
Marca, who reported the news, quote Varane as saying: “We are hopeful of a strong finish to the season to compete for more titles.
“We all need to be fresh both physically and psychologically at such a key stage for our season.”
