Atletico Madrid’s Diego Godin is available for the Europa League clash with FC Copenhagen less than two weeks after reconstructive surgery.
The Uruguayan defender lost teeth, as captured by TV footage, in the 1-0 victory over Valencia on 4 February after an accidental clash with Los Che goalkeeper Neto.
The 31-year-old then required reconstructive surgery and missed Atleti’s subsequent league victory over Malaga on Saturday.
Godin is now part of a 20-man squad to take on the Danish club on Thursday, although Diego Costa is unavailable for selection.
