Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has spoken of his ‘great admiration’ for former Barcelona Coach Luis Enrique, who is tipped to replace him at Stamford Bridge.
Various reports in Diario Sport have linked the former boss of Roma, Celta Vigo and Barca to the English champions, with speculation continuing to mount that Conte will leave in summer.
“I have plenty of admiration for Luis Enrique,” Conte told reporters after Monday’s victory over West Brom.
“He is a fantastic coach; he achieved his goals with Barcelona and also with Roma, his teams were very well organised and I can speak well of him both as a person and as a Coach.”
Furthermore, a report in The Sun suggested Enrique would try to take his former assistant and current Celta tactician Juan Carlos Unzue with him to Chelsea at the end of the season.
