Liverpool are in pole position to sign Deportivo La Coruna forward Oscar Pinchi in the summer transfer window, according to reports.
The 21-year-old has featured in only five first-team games for the Galician club and is out of contract at the end of the season, with only a minimal development fee due for any suitor.
Pinchi has played predominantly for Depor’s B team in the regionalised third tier and has scored six times in 22 appearances this season.
A hosts of reports in England now state that Liverpool, who have extensively scouted the player all season, are favourites to sign him in summer.
The highly-rated forward is also said to have been scouted by Sevilla, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur, according to Estadio Deportivo.
