PSG: Neymar exit impossible

Paris Saint-Germain insist they are more than “2,000 percent” certain that Neymar will not join Real Madrid in the summer.

Reports had suggested Neymar was not happy with life in Paris, fuelling links with Madrid, despite his past allegiance to Barcelona, but Nasser Al-Khelaifi made it clear the forward would be staying put.

“Look at how happy he is on the pitch,” he told Canal+ after PSG’s 4-0 win against Montpellier on Friday.

“He’s very happy. I talk to him and his family and they’re happy in Paris. We have a great game against Madrid coming up, and we’re focused on that.

“There’s no chance of him leaving at the end of this season, not 100 percent, not even 2,000%.

“I think Neymar and Cavani have a very good relationship, but you [journalists] criticise them again.

“You try to look for problems, when there are none. I ask you to stop doing that because it’s not good for you or the club.

“We have to focus on our upcoming games and ourselves. We have a great game coming up and all our senses are geared towards that match.”
