Eibar fear striker Sergi Enrich could be ruled out for the remainder of the campaign after suffering suspected ligament damage in training.
The 27-year-old has not missed a match for the Basque club since joining in 2015 from Numancia, including all 95 La Liga matches in that period.
He will now sit out Monday’s clash with Malaga and could be out for the entire of the campaign’s second half, with only Charles and Kike Garcia as the alternatives.
It now appears likely Eibar will dip into the transfer market this month in order to strengthen their attacking options.
Enrich has scored three league goals this season and 23 in total since joining the club.
