Barcelona midfielder Arda Turan has officially joined Turkish League leaders Istanbul Basaksehir on loan until 2020.
In an unusual agreement, Barca can sell Arda in each transfer window until June 2020, when his Blaugrana contract expires.
Furthermore, Basaksehir have the option of buying the 30-year-old, although there is no mention of a set fee.
Arda joined the Catalans from Atletico Madrid in a deal worth up to €41m and scored 19 goals in 53 matches, winning a Liga title and Copa del Rey.
However, he never truly established himself at Camp Nou and has not made a single appearance for Barca's first team this season.
