Winger Robert Ibanez has completed his move to Getafe from Valencia on a permanent deal and has immediately joined Osasuna on loan.
A report in Diario de Navarra outlines how the 24-year-old had concluded his move to the Madrid-based club last month, before spending all of New Year’s Day with officials of Osasuna.
The Pamplona-based club are currently 8th in Spain’s second tier after being relegated from La Liga last season and Ibanez is their first recruitment of the transfer window.
The winger made 35 top flight appearances for Granada between 2014 and 2016 and spent the second half of last season on loan at Leganes, where he played five times.
Ibanez never started a match for Valencia in the top flight.
