Ceballos wants Neymar at Madrid

Dani Ceballos has become the latest Real Madrid player to ‘open the door’ for former Barcelona star Neymar to join the club.

The Brazilian forward joined Paris Saint-Germain in a €222m deal from the Catalan giants earlier this summer but reports have emerged that he is not happy in the French capital.

Madrid captain Sergio Ramos and Neymar’s international teammate Casemiro have both stated they would welcome the forward at the Bernabeu.

“Madrid is where the best players should play and Neymar is among them,” Ceballos told Cadena Ser.

“I heard our captain said that he would be welcomed at the club and so I will to, you have to agree, I would open the door to him for a move to Madrid.

“My hat-trick? I had a very good feeling going into the game and as soon as I scored my first goal everything just clicked from then until the end of the match.”

Ceballos netted three times for Spain Under-21 against Slovakia earlier this week and is pushing for a starting place in Saturday’s Madrid derby.
