Napoli are lining up an ambitious January move to lure Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez to Serie A, according to reports.
The 23-year-old has started only two La Liga matches for Ernesto Valverde’s side this season and the Italian giants are confident he would be tempted by first-team football at the top level.
Diario AS cite a report in Corriere dello Sport outlining the Naples-based side’s ambition which would see the midfielder link up with compatriots Pepe Reina, Raul Albiol and Jose Callejon.
The Italian league leaders are set to offer Denis a prominent role at Stadio San Paolo in a bid to tempt him from the Catalan giants.
