Wolves complete N’Diaye move

Villarreal midfielder Alfred N'Diaye has completed a season-long loan move to English Championship side Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The Senegalese international joined the Yellow Submarine in an €8m deal from Real Betis last summer but made only 13 appearances across all competitions before being loaned to Hull City in January.

A permanent move to the Tigers was ruled out due to their relegation and cost-cutting while Wolves reportedly fought off interest from Spanish duo Espanyol and Malaga.

N’Diaye’s first spell in England was for Sunderland between January 2013 and August 2014, making 16 appearances for the Black Cats.
