OFFICIAL: Spurs sign Llorente

Tottenham Hotspur have completed the signing of former Spain striker Fernando Llorente from Swansea City.

The deal was confirmed by Tottenham late on Thursday evening, while Llorente's agent-brother Jesus had already uploaded a picture of the former Spain attacker wearing a Spurs shirt alongside him on Facebook.

AS adds Mauricio Pochettino’s side have paid a figure between €10-15m for the 32-year-old, who scored 15 goals last season to help keep the Swans in the Premier League.

Llorente netted seven times in 24 appearances for Spain, winning the 2010 World Cup and Euro 2012 with La Roja, and also turned out for Juventus and Sevilla.

He has put pen to paper on a two-year contract with Spurs, which could include the option of a third.
