Alaves have confirmed the signing of former Barcelona attacker Bojan Krkic from Stoke City on a season-long loan.
Like the deal that took Lucas Perez back to Deportivo La Coruna, Bojan joins Alaves on a dry loan with no option to buy.
The 27-year-old scored 15 goals in 62 appearances during three years at Stoke but fell out of favour last season and spent the second half of 2016-17 at German side Mainz.
Bojan broke through at Barca as a teenager in 2008, picking up his one and only Spain cap in that time, before leaving for Roma three years later and embarking on spells at Milan and Ajax.
