Chelsea are said to be hopeful of a late deal for Swansea City striker Fernando Llorente, formerly of Athletic Bilbao and Sevilla.
The English champions are set to offer £15m (€17m) for the 32-year-old striker, according to reports in the Telegraph, who is currently out of action with a broken arm.
The Swans will reportedly sanction the deal once completing a deal for Manchester City striker Wilfried Bony but are still said to be reluctant to let the Spaniard depart.
The Pamplona-native netted 118 times in 333 appearances for Athletic Club over a nine-year spell, before having stints at Juventus, Sevilla and Swansea.
He played under Chelsea Coach Antonio Conte at Juve, while he would join a growing Spanish contingent at Stamford Bridge, where there are currently six in the first-team squad.
