There is ‘white smoke’ surrounding Real Madrid’s deal for Betis midfielder Dani Ceballos with both clubs agreeing over the payment structure.
According to El Correo, Los Verdiblancos have convinced Madrid to make a lump sum payment for the 20-year-old, rather than paying two split payments for the starlet.
Ceballos reportedly has a €15m release clause at the Benito Villamarin but the report suggests the full deal is likely to be closer to €18m due to other fees involved in a move this transfer window.
A six-year deal at the Bernabeu was reportedly signed by the midfielder, who starred at the European Under 21 Championships, last week with an announcement excited by 20 July.
