Theo Hernandez’s agent claims Real Madrid and Barcelona have both offered to meet the Atletico Madrid left-back’s €24m release clause.
Theo signed a new contract with Atleti prior to joining Alaves on loan last summer, but the France Under-20 international has garnered interest from Los Colchoneros’ two biggest rivals thanks to a breakthrough campaign at Mendizorroza.
“We haven’t decided his future yet,” Manuel Garcia Quilon told Footmercato.
“Right now, he’s not close to either. The two teams are very interested, but nothing is certain at the moment.
“There are concrete offers for the amount of his release clause, but we haven’t decided anything.”
