Osasuna have signed Italian international goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu for the remainder of the season on a loan deal from Paris Saint-Germain.
The 30-year-old had previously been on a season-long loan deal with Sevilla but the Andalucians have allowed this to be cut short after he only started three games for Jorge Sampaoli's men – one of which saw him sent-off in a September defeat at Athletic Bilbao.
"Osasuna has reached an agreement with Paris Saint-Germain and Sevilla FC for goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu to play at our club until the end of the 2016-17 campaign,” read an Osasuna statement.
Struggling Osasuna sit 19th in La Liga and have the second worst defensive record in the division with 43 goals conceded in 20 matches at a rate of over two per game.
