Swansea City are expected to make Borja Baston’s club-record €18m arrival from Atletico Madrid official on Tuesday.
According to AS, Borja was given permission to leave Atleti training on Tuesday and made his way to the FREMAP Majahonda hospital, where he was given the all-clear on his forearm fracture.
The striker is now set to land in Wales, where he will undergo a medical with his new club before putting pen to paper on a four-year contract.
Borja shot to prominence while on loan at Eibar last season as he scored 18 La Liga goals, although only two of them came after February.
