Jose Ramon Sandoval has admitted that Granada are “bipolar” and must buck the trend when they travel to Levante on Saturday.
The Andalucians head to Ciutat de Valencia in La Liga’s bottom three, level on points with their hosts, and the Coach feels his side are suffering from a chronic lack of consistency.
“I hope we give a good account of ourselves after two contrasting performances,” he said at a Press conference.
“It will be a very tight game, with both sides playing the same systems, so whoever makes the fewest mistakes will win.
“It’s an important game, as are all the games against teams at our level.
“We need to play with great intensity and solidarity in order to recover the good feelings we had away from home as the game at Malaga was a disaster.
“Levante haven’t picked up many points but play well as a team and I liked their performance against Espanyol, so we must step up a gear if we want to beat them.
“We want to finish the year well and show conviction in our performances.
“We’ve been bipolar until now, so we want to give a good account of ourselves.
“I’m confident we can continue the collective game we showed against Atletico Madrid last weekend as we did a good job when it came to using the ball and looking for space, but we must improve.
“We regained the ability of carrying the weight of the game against a strong rival against Atletico [despite the result].
“We’ve worked well this week and I’m confident the match against Levante will be fine.”
