New Eibar signing Sergi Enrich is delighted to have fulfilled his dream of playing in the Primera Division.
The forward has put pen to paper on a two-year contract with the Basque club, who were initially relegated last season but then reinstated to the top flight following Elche’s demotion for financial mismanagement. He joins from Numancia.
“I feel at home,” 25-year-old Enrich told reporters. “Last season we had some contact and we were on the verge of agreeing a contract in January, something that was very exciting for me.
“I will bring a lot of hard work and a lot of enthusiasm.
“My dream was to play in the Primera, I have played four seasons in a row in the Segunda. My dream was to play in the Primera.”
