Sevilla target Mina, Rami

There are reports that Sevilla have targeted Celta Vigo’s Santi Mina and Adil Rami of Milan to strengthen their squad for next season.

Diario de Sevilla believes that the club’s sporting director Monchi wants to sign the pair and has received the approval of Coach Unai Emery.

The outlet says that 19-year-old Mina could cost the club around €10m and suggest that his name could have been mentioned in the negotiations to sell Iago Aspas to Celta earlier this summer.

However, the Galician side are believed to be intent on keeping the forward, who is regarded as one of the most promising talents they have produced in recent years, and a large offer could be required.

The Andalucians are also reportedly interested in former Valencia defender Rami, but will need to stave off competition from Lyon and Paris Saint-Germain for his services.

The Rossoneri are believed to be listening to offers for the 29-year-old and could attempt to use him as part of a deal to resign PSG striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
