Granada Coach Joaquin Caparros has revealed he has been impressed by Eibar’s climb to the top flight of Spanish football.
The sides meet this weekend with Eibar new to the Primera this year after back-to-back promotions.
“Eibar have done a lot of good things in Spanish football. Recently they were in Segunda B and now the Primera, and that says a lot about their sporting and economic management,” Caparros said, AS reports.
“We’re looking forward to the game but hopefully without anxiety. It will be a difficult game at a difficult ground, where the opponent is getting stronger.
“You have to take a high level of care. We need to have our full attention from beginning to end. There’s a lot of quality in Eibar and any detail can cost us.”
