Javi Gracia apologised to the Osasuna fans after they lost 5-1 to Athletic Bilbao on Sunday afternoon.
The Pamplona outfit were well beaten by Los Leones at El Sadar today, and the Coach was quick to say sorry for his team’s performance.
“I want to say sorry,” he told a Press conference. “It just wasn’t our day. We put in the effort, but we just made too many mistakes.
“It’s clear that we weren’t good enough, but we’ll forget about this and recover for the next game.
“We’re always going to be near the relegation places, but we just have to focus on the next match and put our level up for the remainder of the season.
“Today’s been a big wake-up call for me. There are a lot of things we can improve upon.”
