Copa Last 16 schedule confirmed

The 16 teams remaining in the Copa del Rey now know when they will face off for a place in the quarter-finals, as both legs of their ties are set.

The Spanish Football League has today released the scheduling for both the first and second legs of the Last 16 of the Spanish Cup.

The round’s notable fixture sees Valencia meet Atletico Madrid and fittingly this game will kick off proceedings in the midweek run of first leg fixtures with a Tuesday evening date.

The return leg played the following midweek will see Atleti host Valencia once more on the Tuesday evening, whilst Madrid travel out to Pamplona the day after, and Thursday sees Barca end the round at Getafe.

Notably, Villarreal and Real Sociedad meet each other in the round of League fixtures in between the two legs of their Last 16 tie.
