Juan Ignacio Martinez was proud of his Real Valladolid side as they came from behind to draw 2-2 with Real Sociedad.
Daniel Larsson and Javi Guerra pulled goals back for the Pucela in the second half, but they could have completed a superb turnaround, only for Patrick Ebert to miss a 90th minute penalty.
“La Real are a very good team,” he told reporters. “You could see that with how they started the match.
“We got back to 2-1 and it swung in our favour, and obviously could have killed the game completely.
“Patrick missed, but he’s playing well. You have to congratulate Bravo for the save.”
