Juan Ignacio Martinez has congratulated Atletico Madrid after they beat his Real Valladolid side on Saturday.
Goal from Raul Garcia and Diego Costa gave the capital club all three points yesterday evening, and the Pucela Coach was downbeat after the final whistle.
“Congratulations to Atletico Madrid,” he told a Press conference. “They have a lot of quality.
“We played a very good game, but they beat us like they have everyone else so far.
“They have merit in what they do, but I think we coped with them well. There were times when we were the better team.
“I thought we did well, but we played against a brilliant team.”
