Kaka ‘happy’ after ‘tough game’

Real Madrid midfielder Kaka was happy with his performance as Los Blancos beat Real Valladolid 4-3 on Saturday.

The Brazilian playmaker scored one as Jose Mourinho's side came from behind to beat the Pucela.

“I had some chances, I scored a goal and I’m happy with my personal performance,” he told the club's official website.

I’m an attacking midfielder and I’m always looking to create chances and to help the forwards.

It was a tough game after a semi-final. We thought it was possible to make it to the final, we couldn’t, and playing three days later isn’t easy, but we once again showed our ability to make a comeback against a great Valladolid.

We ceded three goals at home, that’s not normal and we don’t like it, the entire defensive system is to blame, but these are things to improve.

The team woke up after the first goal.”
