Mallorca midfielder Fernando Tissone believes that the club have what it takes to stay up come the end of the season.
The Islanders are currently rock bottom of the Liga table on 28 points, three points adrift of Deportivo in 17th.
But the 26-year-old Argentine has insisted that his team can survive.
“I believe in Mallorca,” he told AS. “It is becoming more difficult, but I still have confidence.
“Hope is not lost here. And while it is still mathematically possible, we will not give up.
“We will not stop fighting. We have to think solely about ourselves and forget what other teams are doing.”
