Rayo Vallecano boss Paco Jemez has claimed that his side deserved to beat Mallorca on Friday evening.
The Franjirrojos could only manage a 1-1 draw against the Islanders, but the 42-year-old has insisted that his team were worthy of three points.
“We played well,” he told a Press conference. “We created a lot of chances, but this is football.
“Sometimes the team playing the better football and who most deserved to win, don't.
“I am happy with the team though.
“We sometimes lacked the intelligence to get the win, but I am happy.”
