Real Sociedad defender Inigo Martinez has tried to take the pressure off his team, despite being in place for a Champions League spot.
The Erreala are fifth in the table, level on points with Malaga in fourth. But the 21-year-old has insisted that his side are not looking ahead of themselves.
“What we have to do now is to score as many points as possible, safe in the knowledge that we are safe from relegation,” he told terra.es.
“Football is a matter of runs. We have been confident from the beginning of the season, but we must stay the same as we have been.
“We cannot relax.”
