Athletic Bilbao forward Iker Muniain has admitted that last night's defeat to Real Sociedad was 'very painful'.
The San Mames side lost at home to their Basque rivals 3-1, and the young Spain international has claimed that the second goal is what killed them.
“It was a very painful defeat,” he told terra.es. “It was really bad. But we are desperate to get out of the crisis as soon as possible.
“We did well in the first half, but as soon as they got that second goal, it killed us. It was an impossible match.
“We screwed it up at home, again.”
