‘Good point, poor performance’

Miroslav Djukic admitted that his Real Valladolid side were fortunate to leave Real Betis with a point for their ‘worst performance of the season’.

Valladolid played out the remaining 15 minutes of the match with 10 men after Antonio Rukavina’s red card, but their Coach was hardly full of praise for how the 0-0 result was accomplished.

“This is a very good point for what has been our worst performance of the season,” admitted Djukic at the end.

“We did nothing in attack or defence. We played a very poor match, both with the ball and without it.

“For this game there are few positives to take.”
