Osasuna Coach Jose Luis Mendilibar has admitted that he was gutted to concede a last minute goal away to Mallorca.
Pedro Geromel scored a 92nd minute equaliser to ensure the game ended 1-1 at ONO Estadi, and the Rojillos boss has claimed that his team perhaps deserved to win.
“It looked as if we had all three points right up until the end,” he told a Press conference.
“It was a shame that the equaliser came right at the end. Indecision has caused us to draw, but these things can happen.
“We looked comfortable in the first half, whereas in the second period they played a slightly more direct game.
“But we created chances and perhaps should have won the game.”
