Sevilla boss Unai Emery believes that the Copa del Rey clash with Real Zaragoza on Wednesday can 'unite' his squad.
The 41-year-old has only been in charge at Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan for just over a week, but has claimed that the quarter-final second-leg, which his team goes in to having drawn the opening encounter 0-0, can be a catalyst for the season.
“The Copa del Rey can wake up and unite us,” he told a Press conference. “But we must give Zaragoza the utmost respect.
“We have to play a game where we can transmit to everyone else what it is we want to do.
“To dream, you also have to sacrifice. There is hope though, and we are optimistic.
“We will prepare for this game as if it were a final.”
